Welcome Back Class of 1968!
On Friday, June 8, 2018, Class of 1968 returned to Kohala High School as a part of their 50th Class Reunion. Here, they met some of our recent graduates and toured the campus that they once called home to see the changes and improvements that have been made since their graduation. They also got a chance to reminiscence on their days at Kohala High School by viewing their own senior portraits and other photos that had captured their senior year from the yearbook of 1968 and relating stories from their time on our campus. As a part of their 50th celebration, they had hoped to raise $1,968 to donate back to the school but succeeded in raising much more than that. They presented a check to Principal Janette Snelling for approximately $4,000 which they requested be used to continue our Farm-to-Table Initiative in our Cafeteria. E Ala E, Nā Paniolo and Mahalo to the Class of 1968!!
